Shipping Policy

Before dispatch

Physical orders enter preparation after payment authorization is successful. The usual handling estimate is 1–2 business days; weekends, holidays, address checks, and peak demand can add time.

Estimated delivery travel

Count an estimated 4–6 business days for carrier transit after dispatch. Weather, service interruptions, and destination conditions may affect the estimate, so a particular arrival date is not promised.

Services and shipment updates

Checkout identifies the destinations, delivery services, rates, and any offer available to that purchase. Tracking information, when issued, is sent using the contact details on the order.

Help with a shipment

Submit address corrections as early as possible because a shipped parcel may not be redirectable. Email haqesubah@gmail.com with the order and tracking information when a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found.
