Refund Policy

Return and exchange scope

Mailed returns are available for qualifying defective and non-defective new merchandise, and exchange requests are accepted. For a preference or change-of-mind return, the product must stay new, unused, and in its original condition with its packaging, tags, and supplied components. Problem items may include damage, defects, errors, missing parts, or a material mismatch with the listing.

Requesting within thirty days

Send the request to haqesubah@gmail.com no later than 30 days after delivery, giving the order number, checkout email, and reason. Include clear images or video when reporting a defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect item.

Authorized mail return

Do not mail a return until approval and the correct return address and instructions are provided. The package contains a free prepaid return label; contact us if it was not received or has been lost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Replacement or reimbursement

An exchange remains subject to review and current stock. Following refund approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank, issuer, or payment provider controls any additional posting time.

Applicable protections

Rights that cannot legally be waived continue to apply.
